I’m a mid-life fitness lover, gluten-free baking enthusiast, wife, and proud auntie. But most importantly, I’m someone who deeply understands what it feels like when your body starts sending confusing signals — the fatigue, the bloating, the stubborn weight changes, the mood swings, the stress on your hormones. I’ve been there myself, and I’ve walked this path with hundreds of women who felt the same.
